Troy

Troy is a passionate adventurer from New Zealand with over 25 years in yachting. With a lifelong connection to boating and the ocean, his career has taken him across the globe. An avid artist, wood carver, furniture maker and designer, Troy brings creativity, colour and imagination to the guest experience, crafting memorable moments both on and off the water.

Damian

Raised on an island in Croatia, Damian developed a deep connection to the sea from an early age. With over six years in yachting and a strong maritime background, he brings confidence, professionalism and calm energy to life on board. Active, positive and outdoors-focused, Damian is a valued member of the crew.

Chief Engineer

Héctor

From Venezuela, Héctor brings more than 20 years of engineering expertise, with experience across diesel and electric motors, electrical systems and troubleshooting. His background spans tankers, cargo vessels, tugboats and barges. Warm, dedicated and team-focused, he ensures LIV LOVE operates smoothly and safely at all times.

Suzanne

Suzi grew up in South Africa and entered yachting 12 years ago, quickly falling in love with the adventures and people the industry brings. Working alongside her partner, Captain Troy, she brings warmth, balance and vibrant energy to the guest experience. She enjoys travel, hiking, jogging, dance, yoga, music and literature.

2nd Stewardess

Ashleigh

Ashleigh is a Second Stewardess with five years of yachting experience and a warm, attentive approach to service. Originally from South Africa, she represented the national rugby and hockey teams and holds degrees in Human Movement Science and Psychology. A qualified Pilates instructor, she brings wellness, care and positivity on board.

3rd Stewardess

Keely

Originally from Durban, South Africa, Keely is a motivated and enthusiastic stewardess with three years of yachting experience. Warm, positive and detail-focused, she takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and crew. Outside yachting, she enjoys horse riding, fitness, art, travel and discovering new cultures.

Bosun

Paul

Paul, known as PJ, is a dedicated deck professional from South Africa. Reliable, hands-on and hardworking, he is confident across deck maintenance, tender driving, guest activities and safety procedures. With a practical mindset and strong problem-solving ability, PJ supports smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Deckhand / Chase Tender Driver

Juan

Originally from South Africa, Juan spent his early years in Botswana before developing a love for the outdoors, boating and watersports. After moving to a lake town, he learned tender driving and enjoyed wakeboarding, tubing and canoeing. Outside work, Juan is passionate about golf and has recently taken up padel.

Deckhand

Franco

Born in Australia and raised in South Africa’s Garden Route and Cape Town, Franco has always been connected to the ocean. A former professional rugby player, he later studied business and personal training. He brings fitness, watersports experience, guest interaction and high-energy charter experience to LIV LOVE.
